I can't see my driver. What should I do?

If you can't see your driver holding your name, please do not start to look for him around the airport. Instead please call the emergency number (on the top of your voucher) immediately.

It is very important to have a working mobile phone when you arrive at Istanbul Airport.

If You have any problems or delay with customs or luggage, please call the emergency number (on the top of your voucher) as soon as possible. Your driver is allowed to leave after 60 minutes of waiting after the scheduled flight arrival time.
